Service Description

note2self lets users send text messages to +1 941 957 2751 to capture personal notes. Messages you submit may be stored and made available in your account dashboard for later review.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: note2self. Message frequency varies by user activity. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Support: support@note2selfapp.com.

By texting this number, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from note2self including note confirmations and account-related messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use note2self. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use note2self to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Transmit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Send malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt or damage the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

note2self is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, note2self, Dan [LAST NAME], and Forgotten Arts LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
